2017 Boreal Cabernet Mourvèdre

Boreal is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Mourvèdre grown in a vineyard located in the northern Judean Mountains, on a mountainside. The vineyard’s unique terroir confers is blessed temperatures lower than 10°C on summer nights and very high temperatures during the day.

A refined medium-bodied wine with a high fruit concentration, seasoned with ripe berry flavors and earthy hints and touches of chocolate. The wine was aged in old French oak barrels for 8 months. Ready to drink now but will continue to improve for at least the next 5 years.

Especially suitable for red meat dishes seasoned with black pepper, or herbs.

Thanks to the medium body of the wine, it is also suitable as an accompaniment to seafood especially when cooking is done on charcoal grills, and will also serve as an appropriate accompaniment to dishes composed of forest mushrooms.

2021 Chardonnay Colombard Ultramineral

A very dry white wine made from 90% French Colombard and 10% Chardonnay grapes grown near the Tzora forest, an area known for its viticulture dating back to Biblical times, in a terroir rich in fossils that contribute to the minerality and the drinkability of the wine.

A refreshing wine with distinct smells of citrus and white flowers.
Flavors of lime, jasmine flower and hints of salinity and pineapple.
Not aged in barrels and devoid of any butter.
A refreshing, light wine with a gentle minerality and perfect for any time, with or without food.
The wine will be a suitable accompaniment to fresh cheeses as well as old-fashioned and ripe ones.
The acidity of the citrus flavors is perfectly suited to fine fish, especially with high fat percentages like salmon and red tuna.

2021 Floral Rose Cabernet-Merlot

A dry, refreshing Rosé made from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown near the Tzora forest, an area known for its viticulture dating back to Biblical times, in a terroir rich in fossils that contribute to the minerality and the drinkability of the wine.

Smells of citrus fruits, berries, and red flowers. With rich flavors of red grapefruit, strawberry and tangy raspberries with hints of dried roses. Concentrated flavors with balanced acidity.

Perfect as an accompaniment to fresh and semi-ripe cheeses as well as best for seafood dishes accompanied by herbs, excellent combination with roast poultry, especially with duck
