2021 Boreal Cabernet Sauvignon

Description

Boreal is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in a vineyard located in the northern Judean Mountains, on a mountainside. The vineyard’s unique terroir confers is blessed temperatures lower than 10°C on summer nights and very high temperatures during the day.

The wine was aged in old French oak barrels for 8 months. Ready to drink now but will continue to improve for at least the next 5 years.

Especially suitable for red meat dishes seasoned with black pepper, or herbs.

Thanks to the medium body of the wine, it is also suitable as an accompaniment to seafood especially when cooking is done on charcoal grills, and will also serve as an appropriate accompaniment to dishes composed of forest mushrooms.
